seekaya.com — effective October 18, 2026. Applies to use of this website and to business dealings with Guangzhou LightSeek Technologies Co., Ltd.
1. Website Use
This website is intended for business buyers and is provided for information and inquiry purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
2. Product Information & Colors
We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, sizes, and included items. Product photos are taken under studio lighting; colors may vary between monitors and between dye lots. Measurements are taken flat and may vary by 1–3 cm. Size charts and US equivalents are provided as a guide, not a guarantee of fit.
3. Quotations & Orders
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change with quantity, fabric, customization, and shipping terms. A quotation becomes binding when confirmed in writing and, where required, when a deposit is received. Order specifications — style, color, size breakdown, labeling, and packing — are confirmed in the order confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
Orders are normally paid by T/T with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. Other terms may be agreed in writing. Currency, bank charges, and destination taxes are set out in the quotation.
5. Samples
Samples are provided for evaluation and approval. Sampling fees, courier costs, and approval requirements are confirmed before development. Bulk production follows the approved sample and measurement sheet.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content, product photography, and original designs belong to seekaya or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, character, logo, or design they ask us to produce does not infringe third-party rights. We may decline orders that would reproduce protected material without authorization.
7. Production & Lead Times
Lead times are estimates based on confirmed specifications and material availability. Peak-season capacity, fabric delays, and approval cycles can affect dispatch dates. We will notify you of material changes and agree a revised schedule where possible.
8. Shipping & Risk
Shipping terms follow the agreed Incoterms. Risk passes according to those terms. Import duties, destination taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless the order is quoted DDP.
9. Returns & Claims
Claims for defective or incorrect goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos and quantities. Confirmed production defects are repaired, replaced, or credited. Normal variation in fabric, dye lot, and handmade construction is not a defect. See the Return Policy for the full process.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or event delays, arising from the use of the website or from orders.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
