seekaya is a costume brand with its own development team and a long-term production partner in Wuhan, China. We handle pattern making, size grading, sampling, fabric and trim sourcing, and production — so you can build a costume range without owning a factory. Whether you need a private-label run of an existing style or a new design developed from a reference, we manage the details and the quality checks.
How OEM/ODM Works
1. Brief & Market Fit
We define the target market, reference styles, target retail price, size range, and any labeling or compliance requirements together with your team.
2. Design & Pattern Development
Our pattern makers translate your tech pack or reference sample into production patterns, grade the size run, and source fabrics and trims that match the look and price point.
3. Sampling
In-house samples for stock styles are usually ready in 3–7 working days. Custom designs are sampled after fabric, trim, and pattern approval so fit and construction can be reviewed before bulk.
4. Fit & Approval
You review measurements, fit, color, and trims on the sample. We adjust the pattern or materials until the production standard is approved in writing.
5. Bulk Production
Production runs in our partner factory in Wuhan — 2,031 m², 61 staff, and 200 machines, with capacity around 6,000 pieces per day. Cutting, sewing, and trimming are checked in line.
6. Final Inspection & Shipping
Flat measurements are audited against the approved size chart, then a final AQL inspection covers stitching, stains, color shading, trims, and packing before export.

What can be customized in an OEM/ODM project?
Silhouette and construction, fabric and lining, color, lace and embroidery, beading and hardware, size grading from S to 5XL or kids sizes, private-label labels, hang tags, poly bags, and retail cartons.
What is the MOQ for OEM or ODM orders?
Custom programs typically start at 100–300 pieces per style/color, depending on fabric minimums and construction. Modifying an existing style usually requires less than developing a completely new design. Standard catalog styles can start from 1 piece for a trial order.
How long does sampling take?
Stock styles are usually sampled in 3–7 working days. Custom designs depend on fabric sourcing and pattern work; we confirm the sampling schedule after reviewing your brief. Sample fees are often credited against the bulk order.
Can I use my own label and packaging?
Yes. We produce woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags, and retail cartons to your artwork. We can also apply barcode and FNSKU labels for marketplace or distribution-center requirements.
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send a physical sample, detailed photos, and measurements. We will review construction and fabric options before quoting. We do not reproduce trademarked characters, logos, or protected artwork without authorization from the rights holder.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Standard bulk orders usually ship 2–4 weeks after sample approval and deposit. Custom programs typically take 6–10 weeks depending on fabric sourcing, sampling rounds, and volume. Peak season capacity should be booked early.
