Quality Control
Four checkpoints between fabric rolls and your cartons — so the size chart, color, and construction you approve are what you receive.
Our Quality System
Costume quality is decided long before the final carton is sealed — in the fabric, the pattern, and the sewing line. Our partner factory in Wuhan (2,031 m², 61 staff, 200 machines) follows a four-stage control process for every seekaya order, with inspection records kept by style and batch.
1. Incoming Fabric & Trim Inspection
Fabric rolls and trims are checked against the approved standard for color, weight, hand feel, and visible defects before cutting. Fiber-content, colorfastness, shrinkage, and AZO test reports can be arranged through third-party laboratories for bulk programs.
2. Cutting & In-Line Sewing Checks
Pattern pieces are checked for grain, nap, and symmetry. During sewing, the line is monitored for stitch density, seam strength, trim placement, and color matching across panels — so corrections happen before the garment reaches final inspection.
3. Measurement Audit
Every size is measured flat against the approved size chart — bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, and length — with a normal tolerance of 1–3 cm. Measurement sheets are kept by style, color, and size for traceability.
4. Final Inspection & AQL
Finished goods go through a final AQL inspection covering stitching, stains, color shading, loose threads, trim security, and packing. Cartons are checked for quantity, size/color assortment, labels, and shipping marks before dispatch.
What the Numbers Mean
- 1–3 cm — normal flat-measurement tolerance against the approved size chart.
- AQL 2.5 — major-defect acceptance level used for final inspection.
- 200 machines — sewing capacity at our Wuhan production partner.
- 6,000 pieces/day — production capacity at full line utilization.
- 100% — orders checked against the approved sample and measurement sheet before packing.
Documentation & Traceability
Approved samples, measurement sheets, fabric swatches, and inspection records are kept for each order. Batch-level inspection reports and third-party fabric test reports are available on request before shipment.
